FOOD
Hi! I am Ann Jeneth C. Hizole from 12- GAS and I'm about to share to you my all time favorite food, Spaghetti!
But first, let me define food for you.
Food, substance consisting essentially of protein, carbohydrate, fat, and other nutrients used the body of an organism to sustain growth and vital processes and to furnish energy. The absorption and utilization of food by the body is fundamental to nutrition and is facilitated by digestion.
Ever since I was a kid, this food can make me feel better when I'm sad. My Mother cook this food every time that there's a celebration.
As I am growing older, I wanted to know more about this food. If this is healthy or not?
And I found the answer! When eaten in moderation, pasta can be part of a healthy diet. Whole- grain pasta may be a better choice for many, as it is lower in calories and carbs but higher in fiber and nutrients. However, in addition to the type of pasta you pick, what you top it with is just as important.
At the moment, I'm learning to cook it. here is the procedure that I'm practicing.
But first, let me drop the ingredients:
1-175 grams pack merienda size spaghetti
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion, chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, minced
100 grams ground pork
1\2 cup water
2 pieces hotdog, sliced
1-115 grams tomato sauce
250 grams italian style spaghetti sauce
1\4 cup Angel kremdensada
1\4 tsp salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
Now, Here's the procedure!
* Heat oil on a pan. Add onion and garlic, saute until soft and aromatic
* Add ground pork. Cook for 2 minutes or until slightly brown in color. Add water, simmer for 3 minutes.
* Add hotdog, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
* Stir in Angel Kremdensada and quickly boil for a minute. Season pepper.
* Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti. Serve immediately.
And with that, we're done! Thank you for reading!
