Anecdotes of how you have used ICTs to be part of a social movement, change, or cause to illustrate aspects of digital citizenship

Greetings! I'm Ann Jeneth C. Hizole, an Eduardo Cojuangco National Vocational High School 12-GAS student.  I am going to share an anecdote of how we have used ICTs to be part of a social movement, change, or cause to illustrate aspects of digital citizenship.

As Senior High School students, we find that ICT is really beneficial since it allows us to be more inventive, speedier, more sophisticated in our lessons by incorporating technology into many applications. It also helps me a lot in my studies as a student. It may make our life simpler, but some users have used it in a terrible way that has harmed people's lives. Not only that, but it may also have an adverse effect on our health; we can be exposed to radiation if we spend too much time in front of a monitor or other electronic device. Through better surveillance of pupils, ICT increased pastoral care and behavior control. It also boosted comprehension and analytical skills, especially reading.

Students viewed learning in a technology-enhanced environment to be more engaging and student-centered than learning in a regular classroom. The use of information and communication technology (ICT) allows for more precise attendance and achievement data. ICTs may improve education quality in a variety of ways, including raising student motivation and engagement, making fundamental skill learning easier, and improving teacher training. Students can also utilize ICT in a variety of ways to gather information and learn new things.

ICT is the key to developing our learning, life, and job abilities, which are required of individuals in today's society, particularly us.

It has proven to be extremely beneficial to not just young people, but also employees, teachers, and even our parents.

As a result, we must be vigilant in our use of information and communication technologies
