  Hi! I am Ann Jeneth C. Hizole from 12- GAS and I'm about to share to you my all time favorite food, Spaghetti!  But first, let me define food for you. Food, substance consisting essentially of protein, carbohydrate, fat, and other nutrients used the body of an organism to sustain growth and vital processes and to furnish energy. The absorption and utilization of food by the body is fundamental to nutrition and is facilitated by digestion. Ever since I was a kid, this food can make me feel better when I'm sad. My Mother cook this food every time that there's a celebration.  As I am growing older, I wanted to know more about this food. If this is healthy or not? And I found the answer! When eaten in moderation, pasta can be part of a healthy diet. Whole- grain pasta may be a better choice for many, as it is lower in calories and carbs but higher in fiber and nutrients.
